Bob’s innovative accomplishments include pioneering Purina’s first direct response program, using new technologies to create innovative planning applications and developing nationally-recognized relationship marketing plans. While at CheckMark, Bob led a team of 16 marketing professionals and was nationally recognized as one of a Dozen Rising Stars by Adweek.

For over 20 years Dawn has created and executed strategically sound consumer marketing plans for pharmaceutical, healthcare, consumer packaged goods and financial brands. Dawn’s strong expertise in promotional, e-marketing, integrated and direct marketing plans, combined with her cheerful service attitude, have consistently resulted in fiercely loyal clients. Dawn’s credentials include a MBA and a Masters in Health Administration, as well as a BA in Biology.
Prior to joining TMS in 2004, Dawn held the position of Vice President and Partner in the Genesis Institute, a health and wellness medical complex. She focused on business plan development, managed all branding and marketing for Genesis Cosmetic Surgery Center and developed one of St. Louis’s first Medical Spas.
Before joining Genesis Institute, Dawn provided strategic brand consulting for Cramer Krasselt, an integrated marketing group in Milwaukee, WI.
Prior to this Dawn had 12 years of progressive management experience at Ralston Purina Company, culminating with 5 years as Group Manager. Dawn developed and implemented promotional, integrated and direct marketing plans across a variety of new and existing brands. She also developed a new completely turnkey merchandising product which became the template for other Purina
® brands merchandising efforts.
